We are seeking a skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team at Acier d'armatures Ferneuf inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
- Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload goods with precision, taking care to secure cargo and prevent damage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transportation, including driver logbooks and inspection reports.
- Certifications: Possess a valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in flatbed truck driving, with a strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding environments, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
