About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Premo Concrete Ltd. as a key member of our concrete finishing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Placement and Finishing: Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Compaction and Leveling: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
  • Finishing and Texturing: Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites and Premo Concrete Ltd. facilities.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring handling of heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible, team player, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
