Car Sales Specialist Job Description

Car-On Auto is seeking a skilled Car Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Car Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the dealership.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and features.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Valid OMVIC and driver's license.
  • Ability to work weeknights and Saturdays.
  • Bilingual French/English an asset.
What We Offer:
  • Guaranteed minimum of 40 face-to-face interactions per month with an average of 45% closing ratio.
  • Base salary for the first 90 days and excellent traffic 12 months per year.
  • Access to over 375 reconditioned vehicles in every category and price range.
  • Access to 27 lenders, ensuring deals get approved.
  • Opportunity to work for an established automobile dealership with over 2000 leads and 400 walk-ins per month.
