Job Title: Senior Programmer/Developer

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms, offering innovative solutions for customers worldwide. As a Senior Programmer/Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using various programming languages and technologies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements;
  • Develop and maintain software releases from multiple development project streams;
  • Perform root cause analysis to solve complex problems in integrated environments;
  • Provide effort estimates and timelines for complex development projects;
  • Develop APIs and Web Services with clear and consistent interfaces;
  • Develop applications for multiple tier deployment environments;
  • Build a continuous delivery pipeline with GIT source control management and Jenkins automation server;
  • Develop applications using the Software Development Life Cycle framework;
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in web programming;
  • Experience designing and implementing web applications;
  • Demonstrated experience in writing well-designed, tested, and production-ready code;
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Experience with CI/CD using software such as Jenkins and Git;
  • Experience with various programming languages, including APIs, Angular, PHP, HTML, XML, XSLT, JSON, CSS, SASS, SCSS, LESS, JavaScript, Java/Springboot, and relational databases such as MySQL;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with government organizations;
  • Experience with Drupal Content Management System module development;
  • Experience with Enterprise Integration Platforms;
  • Experience with web development frameworks such as Bootstrap;
