Your Responsibilities:
In this position, you will take charge of your service center, exemplifying leadership by building authentic customer relationships and taking pride in the performance of your location.
You will continue to make an impact by:
- Being the primary representative of your service center, ensuring that every customer receives the exceptional care they deserve (with 90% of your time dedicated to customer interaction).
- Enhancing customer value and identifying avenues to increase your center's revenue.
- Leading a team to achieve objectives by strategically managing your staff's time, monitoring team goals, and seeking assistance when necessary.
Who You Are:
- Preferred experience includes 3 years in management or leadership roles, with sales experience being a valuable asset.
- You demonstrate a genuine interest in your team and are focused on nurturing extraordinary talent.
- You embrace challenges and view every situation as an opportunity for growth.
- While hands-on experience with vehicles is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
