As a Senior ERP Functional Analyst at GLOBOCAM, you will be instrumental in the optimization and enhancement of ERP systems within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and implement tailored ERP solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Requirements Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business needs, identifying the functional requirements of the ERP system.
  • System Customization: Tailor and configure the ERP system to fulfill specific user and business process requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Manage ERP implementation and upgrade initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • User Training and Support: Educate users on new functionalities and provide continuous support to address operational ERP challenges.
  • Operational Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and propose ERP solutions to boost operational effectiveness.
  • Industry Trends Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest developments in ERP systems and best practices to advise the organization on potential enhancements or new features.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of the functionalities, configurations, and best practices of at least one major ERP system.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a keen attention to detail and strict adherence to timelines.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Capability to swiftly identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Analytical Acumen: Robust analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend enhancements through ERP solutions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in ERP functional analysis, ideally within the same industry. Familiarity with Karmak or Serti solutions is advantageous. Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP systems is also considered.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
