Position Overview:
At Inclusivity, we are committed to fostering social equity, diversity, and inclusion. Our team comprises award-winning, interdisciplinary professionals who share a common mission: to assist our clients in cultivating stronger, more inclusive organizations.
Role Responsibilities:
As a contract Equity and Inclusion Advisor, you will:
1. Collaborate with client executives and teams to assess their needs and provide strategic recommendations for cultural transformation in EDI.
2. Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint cultural challenges and opportunities for enhancing EDI practices.
3. Support the identification, analysis, and presentation of EDI insights and recommendations through the creation of detailed reports.
4. Conduct industry research, establish benchmarks, and gather data to formulate actionable recommendations.
5. Facilitate meetings with clients and lead discussions to achieve project goals.
6. Work closely with key stakeholders in Senior Leadership, Operations, People and Culture, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
7. Communicate effectively with our team and clients to share insights derived from analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong commitment to social equity and a track record of addressing systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups.
- Lived experience through advocacy and efforts to promote positive change.
- Proven business management skills with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- An MBA, organizational development, or related management degree is advantageous.
- A natural curiosity and a desire to understand diverse experiences and the impact of systems and processes.
- Excellent relationship management capabilities and strong communication skills, including proficiency in oral, written, and presentation formats.
- High ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to internal systems.
Reporting Structure:
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO.
Position Details:
This is a part-time independent contractor position with an hourly rate ranging from $80 to $120, commensurate with experience. Services will be billed monthly, and hours may vary based on project demands and client needs. Flexibility in work hours is available to accommodate client schedules and business requirements.
