About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at EllisDon. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the project management team in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the analysis of plans and specifications to provide clear, traceable, and coordinated interpretations of design or drawings for construction.
  • Prepare project deliverables, including tracking and creating information requests, transmitting and tracking submissions, drafting agreements, and updating the project send list.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and within the budget.
  • Manage the administration and management of subcontractor contracts, including subcontractor compliance, tracking changes, and deliverables.
  • Inform the construction manager of potential problems, work conflicts, and scheduling difficulties, and assist in resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in construction and a minimum of three years of experience in construction or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Good knowledge of planning, project management, and contract management software.
  • Ability to support the project team and overcome problematic situations.
  • Experience in producing financial and tax reports.
  • SVIC authorization, a valuable asset.
