About the Company

The company is a prominent national Tier 1 construction contractor engaged in diverse sectors such as education, commercial, and healthcare, managing projects valued between £30m and £40m.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all cost estimates are generated in line with departmental protocols.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews of all estimates.
  3. Prepare and produce documentation for projects and corporate purposes.
  4. Present estimating and tendering data effectively.
  5. Contribute to knowledge sharing and foster an innovative team environment.
  6. Identify supply chain options through a well-informed understanding of the market.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial, technical, legal, and insurance aspects of the current market.
  8. Generate budget pricing based on available data.
  9. Create cash flow projections for tendering when necessary.
  10. Collaborate with team members on the tendering process for larger or more complex projects as required.
