We are seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Repair Apprentice to join our team at Craftsman Collision. As a leading provider of auto body repair services in Canada, we offer a competitive starting wage of $20-$24 per hour for new apprentices.

Our mentorship program provides apprentices with a comprehensive start-up tool kit, which will be gifted to them upon successful completion of the Red Seal certification and one additional year of employment.

The ideal candidate will have either completed pre-apprentice training in collision repair or be in their first or second year of apprenticeship. They will be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and ambition to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders and diagnose visual and internal damage
  • Dismantle vehicles and repair or replace parts
  • Reassemble vehicles and maintain shop equipment and facility
  • Assist journeyman technicians in providing exceptional customer service
