Job Summary:

The Fine Dining Server will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve exquisite meals to our discerning guests. This is a seasonal position that requires a passion for delivering exceptional service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the dining room, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare and serve meals, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all daily and weekly cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
  • Assist bartenders with service and stocking duties, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Perform physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting, in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a live-in resort environment.
  • High School Diploma required; additional education or experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields an asset.
  • Experience working with a POS system and knowledge of wine pairings an asset.
  • Fluency in English required; second language an asset.
  • First Aid certificates and valid serving it right number an asset.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
