About the Role

Community Therapists is seeking a highly skilled RTWSS Kinesiologist to join our team. As an RTWSS Kinesiologist, you will play a critical role in assisting injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough job site visits and job demands analyses to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for injury prevention.
  • Develop and implement graduated return to work plans that cater to the unique needs of each injured worker.
  • Liaise with healthcare team members and case managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Implement ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable return to work and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience conducting job site visits and implementing graduated return to work plans.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing injury prevention strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with a strong emphasis on safety and time management.
  • Experience working with insurance payers and familiarity with WorkSafeBC programs is highly desirable.
