Food Service Manager

Queen City Pizza Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare summaries of food orders for our chef.
- Delivery Supervision: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Physical Accessibility: Ensure that our restaurant is physically accessible to all customers.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participate in initiatives that support newcomers and refugees.
- Youth Employment: Participate in initiatives that support youth employment.
- Veteran Support: Participate in initiatives that support veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Participate in initiatives that support Indigenous people.
- Mature Worker Support: Participate in initiatives that support mature workers.
- Visible Minority Support: Participate in initiatives that support visible minorities.
