Client Relations Coordinator Job Description

**About the Role**

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Client Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Manage client accounts and ensure customer service standards are met
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth
* Provide support to clients and ensure their needs are met

**Requirements**

* Minimum of two years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
