Job Summary:

As a Project Director – Tunneling at EBC, you will be responsible for leading the execution of one or more construction projects simultaneously. With a strong focus on meeting deadlines and budgets, you will oversee the planning, direction, organization, coordination, and control of projects. Your expertise in tunneling and infrastructure projects will be invaluable in driving the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and organize the execution of one or more construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee the completion of projects, working with project managers as needed
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Collaborate with the area Vice President and Tunnel Group Lead to prioritize and allocate resources

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Extensive experience in tunneling and infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
