Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and areas for improvement.
  • Diagnose and repair circuit, component, and equipment faults to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Complete work orders, test reports, and maintenance records to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field, such as computer science or electronics engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Windows, and network administration.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular 35-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
