Ideal Candidate:
You are pursuing a career in Retail Operations and:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience; background in retail produce is advantageous
• Have supervisory experience in a retail environment; familiarity with co-operative retailing and produce operations is a plus
• Are organized and capable of achieving high productivity with minimal supervision
• Can strategically plan and organize tasks for yourself and your team, delegating when necessary

• Are knowledgeable about safe food handling practices
