Job Title: Financial Services Controller

Pendulum Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our business services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
  • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
  • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Judgement and organized
  • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills
