About the Role

RJ CAD SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant to join our team. As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our architectural technical staff in various aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed three-dimensional (3-D) models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare and develop proposals for construction projects.
  • Analyze and review technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage tender contracts.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Support architectural technical staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and inspect work in progress to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for construction projects.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
