Job Title: Clinical Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at Hawkesbury General Hospital & District General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
