About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Terrace. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods and mobility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our shipping software, Navision, to create shipping orders and labels, and pack custom orders with precision.
  • Receive goods from suppliers or vendors, verifying delivery accuracy and quality, and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Tag, price, store, and organize all mobility devices, parts, and tools within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all inventory.
  • Participate in cycle counting and contribute to maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inventory handling or a general warehouse role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move or repair equipment and devices.
  • Clean criminal background check and bondability.
