Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Toronto Motor Freight Inc. as a key member of our transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate cargo information and documentation.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a two-person team or convoy, maintaining professionalism in customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Mountain driving expertise and ability to work in remote locations.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle a large workload, and physically demanding tasks.
- Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling capacity.
This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
