About The Mobile Shop:
We're a leading retailer of wireless devices and services, dedicated to connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications. Our team of Mobilists (Wireless Store Managers and Wireless Sales Representatives) are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills and product knowledge
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance
