We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at KHANCORP. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as reading, conversation, or simply spending time together.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to treatment plans.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role, preferably in a home care setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in caregiving or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying schedules and respond to changing client needs.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
