Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Staffing Needs: Analyze current and future staffing requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Applicant Management: Collect, screen, and evaluate job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Guidance: Provide information to job seekers regarding employment criteria and conditions.
  • Inventory Review: Regularly assess candidate inventories to maintain a pool of qualified applicants.
  • Interview Coordination: Reach out to potential candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Engage with graduates from various educational institutions to fill open positions.
  • Selection Participation: Co-ordinate and take part in selection and examination boards to assess candidates.
  • Notification of Results: Inform applicants about the outcomes of the selection process and extend job offers.
  • Supervision: Oversee personnel clerks responsible for administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping.

Qualifications
