Retail Sales Manager

KITCHEN NATION is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Determine product offerings and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- 2+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
