Position Overview: Kitchen Operations Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Operations Associate to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Efficiently operate dishwashers and manage the washing of dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of simple food items.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh ingredients.
  • Take and serve customer orders at counters or buffet setups.
  • Ensure the kitchen and all equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products and supplies.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash promptly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with deep fryers.
  • Familiarity with electronic cash registers.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
