Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of products and services, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including product requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a cloud services environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development, sales, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical background, preferably in IT or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development or sales.

Work Environment:

CB Canada is a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and this role will require the ability to work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be based in Toronto, ON, and will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
