Job Title: Accounting Technician

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our team at R.G. BROWN CPA PROF. CORP, CK THOMPSON HOLDINGS LTD., W.M. THOMPSON CPA PROF CORP. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Perform other accounting tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
