Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our company, C Level Tech - Big 4 Ltd., in its financial and business services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, as well as managing a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Financial Management: Establish and manage budgets, financial controls, and administrative processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment.
  4. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  5. Representation: Represent the company in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, ensuring a positive image and reputation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will also have a strong understanding of financial and business services, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the financial benefits are as per the collective agreement.
