Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Inspect Facilities and Ensure Compliance
    • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Recommend and Arrange Additional Services
    • Assess the need for specialized cleaning services, such as painting or repair work.
    • Recommend and arrange for these services as needed.
  • Manage Payments and Invoicing
    • Process payments for cleaning services and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with Administrative Tasks
    • Provide support with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language and Work Schedule
    • Fluent in English.
    • 35 hours per week.
