We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead for our Communication Surveillance Platform. As a key member of our AMER team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our Communication Surveillance Platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure that corresponding IT needs are properly documented.
  • Participate in agile-based software development life cycles, including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, promoting best practices and ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and mentoring developers in a full-stack Java environment, preferably in the communication surveillance field.
  • Advanced understanding of Java, Python, VueJS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong grasp of UNIX skills and experience with CICD, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, Jenkins, and SonarCube.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflicting requests in a fast-paced environment.
