Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Lovely Pao Manufacturing Corp. as a key member of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and compile statistics and reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Skills: Accurate, flexibility, organized, reliability, and strong communication skills.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
