Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT division in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying a robust infrastructure framework for new and existing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues from desktops, infrastructure, to large business systems
  • Support the development and optimization of IT infrastructure and internal processes in local and remote environments
  • Manage, coordinate, and communicate status for incidents and problems from inception to resolution
  • Participate in the annual audit to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of our corporate backup and replication infrastructure, global cloud infrastructure, global network, and VOIP phone system
  • Monitor and report on network and system performance and bandwidth requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for various IT systems, networks, procedures, policies, and standards
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as Computer Science
  • Progressive IT experience working as an infrastructure resource in large enterprise and complex environments
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows servers and administering Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprises
  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and AWS, a variety of storage systems, and projects in large enterprises
  • Experience with Backup/Restore solutions such as Commvault
  • 5 years of experience providing service delivery for enterprise networking and network security infrastructure
