Job Title: Dental Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our team at Marie-Claire Morin Denturologiste. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and modifying dental devices, including full and partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands.

Responsibilities:
  • Modify dental devices to ensure proper fit and function
  • Prepare plaster models and moulds for denture fabrication
  • Mould wax over denture set-ups to create precise impressions
  • Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays for accurate denture creation
  • Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures
  • Polish and buff dentures to achieve a high-gloss finish
  • Re-line and re-base dentures to ensure a comfortable fit
  • Fit, adjust, and repair dentures to meet patient needs
  • Construct dentures from start to finish, ensuring precision and quality
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

Our team works in a denturist's practice, providing a dynamic and challenging environment for our Dental Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and modifying dental devices, including full and partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands.
