About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Blinds Assembler-Installer to join our team at AARA BLINDS & SHUTTERS INC. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair blinds in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of blinds and installation materials, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair hand tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve installation goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
