Agricultural Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Twin Peaks Hydroponics as a Farm Worker. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality produce is harvested and prepared for market.
Key Responsibilities- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Hand harvest vegetables and remove suckers and water sprouts manually.
- Clean and organize the work area to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Harvest crops and cut horticultural crops as required.
As a Farm Worker, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our farm's goals.

- Repetitive tasks and ability to work under pressure.
- Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
