Job Overview

Alpine Meadows Resort Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Building Maintenance Man/Woman. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a resort setting, contributing to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct minor repairs on various appliances.
  • Execute safety and security inspections regularly.
  • Oversee and guide other maintenance staff as needed.
  • Handle routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
