About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Data Platforms team, responsible for developing and delivering cloud-native data and machine learning capabilities to our engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

This role will involve owning a range of products that offer self-service software for data and ML needs, empowering teams across the company to deploy, manage, and integrate their applications using our data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the overall strategy for our Data Platforms, ensuring alignment with company strategy and delivering value for users with in-market usable solutions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of data platform products, including data movement technologies, data lakes, and quality management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and analytics, to ensure our data platforms meet their needs and drive business value.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data platform products and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing data platforms or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data movement technologies, data lakes, analytical data systems, and ML development and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in leading and collaborating with senior stakeholders, with a multi-quarter roadmap and iterative value delivery.
