Gurmish Painting is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the renovation of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Estimating and Planning
- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for renovation projects
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
- Site Management
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other tradespeople on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Craftsmanship
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to the highest standards
- Prepare and install finishes, including trim and molding
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a related field
- Language
- Fluency in English
- Work Environment
- 35 hours per week
