Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

Join Majha Trucking Ltd. as a Truck Driver-Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our truck fleet, and maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of truck drivers and other team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and coaching to new employees, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and Operate: Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels, ensuring that our truck fleet is running safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and Schedule: Coordinate and schedule activities, including maintenance, repairs, and deliveries, to ensure that our operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are working in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals: Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles, ensuring that our fleet is always in good working order.
  • Requisition and Order: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, as needed.

  • Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, and provide support with immediate settlement needs.
