IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team at PenFinancial Credit Union. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and analysis of our information systems, ensuring optimal performance and security of our environment.

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, network, telephones, applications, and core banking system.
• Design and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Ensure the security and safety of all systems and data, monitoring system performance and implementing appropriate controls.
• Provide reporting and scorecards to executive management on the status of all systems and applications.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures, and lead IT audits.

• Post-secondary education in engineering, computer science, or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in a senior infrastructure role.
• 3-5 years of IT management experience, with 10+ years of senior IT infrastructure experience.
• Extensive experience with advanced infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage area networks, collaboration solutions, security controls, and cloud services.
• Ability to lead projects and work cohesively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with banking systems and IT certifications related to VMWare, Exchange, Windows Server, and cloud is an asset.
