Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alimentation Inov inc. as a Store Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre setting.
Key Responsibilities- Explain Services and Products: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to our clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Issue Receipts and Forms: Accurately issue receipts and other forms to clients, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Process Payments: Receive payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to clients, providing recommendations and suggestions to meet their needs.
- Answer Inquiries: Respond to clients' inquiries and provide information on our products and services, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.
As a Store Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements- Availability: Be available to work the advertised hours, which include 30 hours per week.
- Language: Be fluent in French, as this is the primary language used in the workplace.
- Experience: Have previous experience in a similar field of employment, preferably in a retail or customer service role.
