Key Responsibilities
- Support the DevOps team in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Software, Hardware, and Firmware engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Remediate and maintain security and access controls for supported services.
- Provide technical support for client and customer server and system needs.
- Contribute to internal software and firmware QA initiatives.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with installing and maintaining Linux and Windows server operating systems.
- Knowledge of network communication and system firewalls.
- Configuration of Azure resources.
- MSSQL and SQL Server Management Studio expertise.
- Programming and scripting skills using SQL, Bash, PowerShell.
- Understanding of KVM virtualization and Docker container configuration.
- Working knowledge of git.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Canadian citizenship and residency.
