This role is situated within Sapiens' Life and Pension Insurance division.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and driven technical business analyst/technical project manager to join our integration team as Integration Manager.
In this capacity, you will lead a technical integration Agile scrum team, comprising business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to oversee and execute both the planning and delivery of our integration initiatives with a focus on high quality and performance. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with clients to ascertain their needs, gather requirements, and manage project backlogs effectively.
You will partner with the project delivery manager and other key stakeholders to enhance the delivery pipeline and ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and serve as the primary contact for the integration scrum team.
- Assume full accountability for the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), emphasizing integration delivery.
- Lead the analysis and design process, gathering integration requirements and providing high-level design solutions.
- Take charge of the build process and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage dependencies effectively and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including external clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA / B.S.C/ IT/ or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical project manager/delivery manager/technical business analyst – Required.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with end-to-end SDLC processes – Required.
- Proven experience leading a technical integration Agile scrum team – Required.
- Strong analytical decision-making skills, business acumen, independence, and organizational capabilities – Required.
- In-depth knowledge of integration architecture and industry best practices – Required.
- Extensive knowledge of integration technologies, including SOAP and/or REST web services and ETL processes (preferably Talend) – Required.
- Experience in client-facing roles – Required.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English – Required.
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences – Required.
- Background in software development – Required.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector and insurance IT systems – Preferred.
- Experience with Jira – Preferred.
- Experience with Git – Preferred.
