Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at CB Canada. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients with mental health and addiction disorders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
  • Administer medications and treatments as required
  • Engage with patients and families to promote recovery and well-being
Requirements
  • Licensed as an RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
  • BScN and CPMHN(C) preferred
  • 2+ years recent experience in mental health nursing
  • Mental Health Nursing certificate preferred
  • 1 year in Charge Nurse role preferred
  • CPR/Basic rescuer certification
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act (MHA), and community mental health resources
  • Knowledge of documentation standards (CNO), and privacy legislation (PHIPPA)
  • Knowledge of CBT/DBT and CPT
