Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality and customer service, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, inventory management, and other key metrics, as well as perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or related role
