Job Title: Seafood Processor

We are seeking a skilled Seafood Processor to join our team at North Delta Seafoods Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, cleaning, and trimming fish and seafood prior to marketing or further processing. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish and seafood using knives and other equipment
  • Scrape away scales, cut fish, separate fillets, and remove scrap parts
  • Operate fish cleaning and cutting machines
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
