About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Boston Pizza as an Executive Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions that meet the high standards of Boston Pizza.
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the high standards of Boston Pizza.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage our kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
