Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive support to clients and their families facing various healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum two years of experience providing social work services within a healthcare setting.
- Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers.
- Valid BC driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
